Terms of Use
Effective July 15, 2026. Please read these terms — using the site or requesting quotes means you accept them.
1. What we are
Utah Shower & Bath is an independent referral and matching service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform renovation work, and we are not a party to any contract you sign with a contractor. Partner contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, and warranties.
2. Free service; how we're paid
The service is free for homeowners. Partner contractors compensate us for introductions. This compensation does not change the price a contractor offers you.
3. Consent to be contacted
When you submit a quote request you provide the express written consent described in the form — including contact by phone, text, prerecorded message, and automated technology from us and up to 3 named partners. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time (reply STOP to texts, or email privacy@utahshowerandbath.com).
4. Cost information is an estimate
Cost figures on this site are planning estimates built from market data. They are not quotes, not offers, and not guarantees. Your pricing comes from the contractors you speak with.
5. No warranty of contractor work
We vet partners for licensing and insurance at onboarding, but we do not guarantee, warrant, or insure any contractor's work, timeline, or conduct. Contract directly, verify current licensing at the Utah DOPL, and resolve workmanship disputes with the contractor.
6. Acceptable use
Don't submit false requests, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or impersonate others. We may refuse service to protect homeowners, partners, or the platform.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTAH SHOWER & BATH, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Utah law.
